Petition

Free Toney D. Davis from wrongful imprisonment

The Issue

Toney, an only child raised in a loving home, grew up with dreams of playing professional football but later discovered a deep passion for music. After his football aspirations were derailed, he moved to Los Angeles at 19 to pursue a music career. However, he was unjustly arrested and convicted of crimes he maintains never occurred, and has now spent over three decades incarcerated. Despite this, he continues to write music and poetry, and has even launched a clothing brand supporting charitable causes.

Supporters argue that Toney’s conviction was built on false testimony, distorted facts, and racial injustice, claiming there was no real evidence of any crime. They believe his case represents a grave miscarriage of justice and are advocating for a conviction review. Through this campaign, supporters hope to secure justice for Toney and encourage others to join by signing the petition and spreading awareness.
