A Message from Our Founder & Director
Elham Khosravi, Founder & Director of Wee World: Heritage International Early Childhood Academy
“As an educator and lifelong learner, I’ve always believed that the earliest years of a child’s life shape not only how they think, but who they become.
Wee World was founded on the vision of creating a place where children can grow to be curious, kind, and proud of who they are—where education nurtures both the mind and the heart.
As an immigrant myself, I’ve seen how easily the second generation can become disconnected from their roots, and how quickly the beauty of our cultures can fade if not celebrated and shared.
Wee World was created as a bridge—to help children stay connected to their heritage, their languages, and the values that define their families, while embracing the beauty of all cultures around them.
After more than ten years of experience directing Shooting Stars Early Learning Center, I’ve learned the true power of community in raising children.
When children know they are supported—by teachers, families, and peers—they develop confidence, compassion, and a strong sense of belonging.
That sense of belonging is the foundation of all learning.
At Wee World, our Triple Curriculum Model—blending academic excellence, character development, and cultural connection—empowers children to become confident learners and compassionate global citizens.
We strive to create a place where every child is seen, celebrated, and supported; where learning is joyful, love is abundant, and identity is honored.
It’s my greatest purpose to build a community that nurtures the next generation—rooted in culture, guided by kindness, and inspired by curiosity.”

FROM SHOOTING STARS TO WEE WORLD:
A COMMUNITY'S JURNEY

Shooting Stars, established in 2015, quickly grew from a small children house into a true community. Families became lifelong friends, celebrating birthdays, holidays, and milestones together. We became a trusted support system—offering care, guidance, and a second home for families in need.

Through this journey, we realized that our community lacked more than just childcare—it lacked a comprehensive support system. That’s why Wee World was born—not as an academy, but as a place where the most critical years of a child’s life, ages 0-6, are nurtured with purpose and care.

We believe childhood is not just about ABCs and numbers—it’s about building character, confidence, critical thinking, trust, and a sense of humanity. These years shape the foundation of life, and children should be immersed in their roots, native language, and culture while developing into secure, well-rounded individuals.

At Wee World, we walk hand in hand with parents and educators, creating a holistic environment where children thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Join us on this journey—together, we are building a brighter, stronger future.
